Customer acknowledges that Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC employees may drive company vehicles on customer’s property. Customer warrants and represents that any location provided by customer for the dumpster is sufficient to bear the weight and size of the dumpster and any vehicle required to transport the dumpster. Customer accepts responsibility for any and all damage that may occur from Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC vehicles. This includes damage to (e.g. roads, culverts, fences, mailboxes, guttering, basketball goals, landscaping. driveways, curbs, lawn, sprinkler systems, shrubbery, septic system, private well, etc.) or other areas that the truck may contact while attempting to service customer’s containers
Customer acknowledges that they have the care, custody and control of the equipment owned by Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC and accepts responsibility for the equipment and its contents while it is on the customer’s property. Therefore, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC from and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property, injury or death of person or persons resulting from or arising in any manner of customers use, operation or possession of any equipment furnished under the agreement. Customer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals and paying all fees that may be incurred in conjunction therewith
Customers will warrant that all waste placed in the container is of a non-hazardous nature, and no liquids, oils, paints, petroleum products, pesticides, solvents, sludge or infectious waste. If a customer has any questions about whether a particular material is considered hazardous, please call Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC before disposing of the material in the dumpster. Consequences of violating regulations in the event that contents that are not allowed by this contract or any Federal, State, or City agency are disposed of, all costs, fines, penalties, or other actions taken for said disposal, the customer is fully responsible for any and all associated charges. Costs may include but not be limited to cleanup, monitoring, legal fees, penalties, or any other charges associated with unauthorized material disposal.
Materials may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. in addition, household waste, tires, mattresses, batteries, AC units, refrigerators or freezers, drums or tanks. Computers (desktop, laptop, notebook etc.), monitors, peripheral devices, printers, fax machines, televisions, video game consoles are not acceptable in the roll-off dumpster.
Consequences of violating this will result in additional fees. Weight Limit – Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 2 tons for a 15 yard dumpster. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $75 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.
Required for Pickup – Debris may NOT extend above the top rim of the dumpster. The tarp MUST be able to roll completely over the top WITHOUT OBSTRUCTION. The end doors MUST be CLOSED and secured before it can be removed. Overfilled or unprepared containers will be brought into compliance at Customers expense
Dumpsters must NOT be moved by the customer at any point and time before, during or after
the rental. If a dumpster needs to be moved. a customer must call Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC and a dry run will be charged to have a truck respond and move.
Rental Fee includes ONE dump. If multiple dumps are needed, Customers must call Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC and request a swap-out.
PAYMENTS – Customer agrees to make payments for any and all charges contained herein. If a credit card is initially used for payment, the customer agrees to allow Green Line Dumpster Rentals LLC to charge subsequent charges and fees contained herein to the credit card. Customer agrees to make immediate payment for all fees and charges and to pay any and all attorney fees, court costs, and lien processing fees for past due balances.
